By accessing or using any service provided by Ahon Digital or the UgnayDiwa platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Ahon Digital, through its proprietary AI system UgnayDiwa, provides autonomous digital marketing execution, business intelligence, competitive analysis, and AI-powered services for businesses. Services are described at ahondigital.com and in individual client agreements.
All intellectual property — including the UgnayDiwa platform, its underlying AI technology, agent architectures, methodologies, branding, content, and all output produced by the system — is exclusively owned by Ahon Digital.
No partnership, licensing deal, contract, or transfer of IP rights is valid without explicit written authorization from Ahon Digital. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or use of any Ahon Digital or UgnayDiwa intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Output generated by UgnayDiwa on behalf of a client (e.g., content, reports, campaign assets) is licensed to the client for their own business use upon full payment. The underlying technology, methodology, agent systems, and platform architecture remain the sole and exclusive property of Ahon Digital.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ahon Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ahon Digital in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results. Marketing and business performance depends on many factors beyond our control including market conditions, competition, third-party platform policies, and the accuracy of client-provided data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ahon Digital.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of any Ahon Digital service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
